Our Story
The PDF Sports Network is comprised of a team of professionals who have made the internet streaming of sports one of their passions for organizations of all shapes, sizes, and budgets.
We started by streaming collegiate sports back in 2007, launching one of the first sports streaming platforms in the country. With no budget and little technical know-how, we learned how to incorporate value and a budget-conscious approach to video production. So, while other colleges and universities were dumping thousands and tens of thousands into hiring large production crews to cover their marquee events, we were doing similar professional grade web streaming for exponentially less. The goal of PDF Sports Network is to bring that same exceptional service, quality, and price point to other sports agencies.
We believe that if a sporting event is happening - from professional and semi-professional leagues to Pop Warner football and tee-ball baseball and softball - there is an audience waiting for it, and our production will make it shine for what could be less than what it costs for a bat and a ball. David currently works in college communications and marketing and has a passion for sports broadcasting and video production. He founded CSI SportsNet, one of the first collegiate web streaming services in the country, in 2007, alongside his role as the College of Staten Island's Associate Director of Athletics for 15 years prior to transitioning to university communications. He has been the voice behind several City University of New York Athletic Conference Championship broadcasts as well as a lead producer, director, and talent asset for other events and programs for both video and podcast. He has previous stops at Time Warner Cable Sports and has worked with organizations like the New York Yankees, Maccabi Games, NYC Marathon, PSAL, and USL Soccer. He resides in the Middlesex County of New Jersey and is a New York Giants season ticket holder with a passion for his favorite sports: football, hockey, and tennis.

Entrepreneur turned broadcaster, Joseph made his on-air debut in 2016 as a color commentator for CSI Sportsnet's online streaming platform. He has since remained a fixture on the platform and also served as the Assistant Sports Information Director at the College of Staten Island. In addition to covering a wide range of intercollegiate athletic events, he has worked as the lead play-by-play voice for the Metropolitan Swimming & Diving Conference Championship and for Manhattan Soccer Club of USL League Two. Joseph operates his own online sales business specializing in licensed athletic apparel and event tickets since 2013. He is a lifelong fan of New York sports and is a season ticket holder for the New York Mets, New York Knicks and New York Rangers. He brings his vast broadcasting experience and business acumen to the team and seeks to infuse every stream with his passion for competitive athletics and sports commentary.
